    Technical Specifications 

    • Material: 100% Solid Poplar Wood (Liriodendron tulipifera)

    • Moisture Content: Kiln-dried to 8% – 12% (Prevents cracking and warping)

    • Glue: Eco-friendly E0/E1 grade (D4 waterproof glue available)

    • Sanding: Both sides sanded to 180-240 grit for a smooth finish

    • Common Sizes:

      • Thickness: 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 20mm, 25mm, 40mm (Customizable)

      • Width: Up to 1220mm

      • Length: Up to 2440mm / 3000mm

      • Grade:

        • Grade AA: Clear on both sides, no knots, no mineral streaks (Best for high-end furniture).

        • Grade AB: One side clear, back side may have minor tight knots or color variations.
